Greetings to all. I've bought Microsoft Office 2016. I don't have any problems with downloading the setup wizard but it won't install, a message appears saying: The procedure entry point QueryUnbiasedInterruptTime could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll. I searched that whole library on my PC and I've got it so I don't know what the cause may be.

Did you get your setup wizard from a legal source?

Yes, after logging in to office.com, the download button is right on the first page.

And what's your gear and system? If you do have the DLL file, you should have no problems with the installation.

At home I've got Windows 7 and it causes no problems, but back at the office, I've got a PC with Windows XP and all available service packs.

It's no surprise that the setup wizard isn't working since you're useing such an old and unsuported system. On the website, there should be a list of requirements that need to be met by the device. So, you have no ther option but to update the wole system.
