After opening an Excel 2016 file on PC and then sending it to OneDrive, when I open it in Excel Online, 3 of 4 charts created on the computer disappear. What can be the reason?
Maybe the charts you've added are not links to local files and after moving to OneDrive, the connection to those charts is lost and so they're not displayed?
Do you use some add-ins to create charts that are not in Excel Online?
I managed to solve this problem on my own. The disappearing charts were copies of a chart with changed data. When, instead of copying the chart, I created a new one, it appeared in the Online version too.
