An annoying problem with Excel

Witam, after exporting data from Acces to an Excel file, I've got a problem with date format. In Access, the cell in the format "year-month-day" is ok but, in excel, this format is changed the other way around ("day-month-year"). Is it possible to change that date format in Excel?

Hey, in the "Home" tab, in the "Number" group, you've got this square-like symbol, you should be able to find your solution there.

Not quite, The cell is correctly recognized in excel, but I want to change the date format in such a way that it changes for example from 28.02.2015 to 2015.04.28.

If you dig deeper, then you'll have no problems with finding the answer to your question, you just need to select the desired category and then type. If you don't find what it is that you're looking for there, then change region.
